Week 3 of skool...bites!  Just wasn't ready to get out of vacation mode.  The weeks are long with school and work right after.  No time for anything extra during the week.  Living off campus sucks more than I thought it would.  I've been spending my entire weekends on campus with my old roommates anyway...might as well have just lived with them!  haha.  I guess it's cool tho to have some place quiet to go home to and have my own time. 

Didn't start off that great with the *ahem* personal life either.  Major draw back.  I guess it opened my eyes.  You live you learn...so they say.  If nothing else...motivated me to have some FUN!...which I have been doing!  Weekends have been AWESOME!  Don't think I've ever had this much fun yet in my college life. 

Can't believe Manda is leaving for collge next week!  Craziness!  Gonna miss her a lot.  Probably won't see her any less than I have been so far..but somehow..knowing she's gonna be far away makes me think about it more.  *love ya sis!*

And the beginning of a new semester starts...

Well, Hong Kong was an experience!  It was totally more awesome than I expected it to be!  The two weeks passed by waayy too quick!  Hopefully I'll get to go back soon. 

Here's a pic of Meeh & my sis at this AWESOME seafood Restaurant in Kowloon.  They have these huge tanks full of live seafood.  You pick which ones you want....they scoop em up..and cook em the way you want!  Sooo yummy!

Being home has been great.  Very relaxing for the most part.  Things are a lil different every time, but one thing stays the same...WAIKOLOA!!!  That was the best trip yet!  Talk about Craziness!  (ahem...just FYI for all you Waikoloa peeps...top 3 animal sex noises...seal, monkey, & the donkey!)  haha. 

I can't believe I'm leaving next Monday already!  I'm gonna miss you guys..all over again!    But the next break will come around soon...we'll just have to visit each other more often!  Love you guys!

...I'm slowly melting away by the minute...in sweat...EWWWW!!!! 

Hey guys!  I finally got to use my cousin's computer so I could catch up on some e-mails and Xanga updates.  Hong Kong is soooo HOT!!!  (Hou yeet la!)  I mean seriously.  When the airport doors opened up last week Monday, a wave of heat just gushed over me.  It's been about 90 degrees and it's hella humid.  The only way to walk around town is to walk into every shop there is for at least like 10 minutes to cool off and then walk another 20 feet or so an run into another shop. 

There are sooo many people here too!  No one lives in a house...they live in "flats" or like condos that are like 30 stories high.  Each condo complex houses about 30,000 - 50,000 people...EACH!  And I thought my apartment in Oahu was small!  It's been an exciting trip so far though.  These people eat CONSTANTLY!!!  Every day we start out at "yum cha", or like a brunch thing with some different relative (it lasts for like 2 hours)...then we take the MTR (subway) or bus to go shopping or sight seeing...then have a snack...4:30 is tea time...and then a couple hours later is another 2 hour meal.  If not for all the walking and the heat, I'd be a good 20 pounds heavier!  BUT....the food is DELICIOUS!!!  Soooo awesome!  I'm gonna miss it!

Lucky me...one of my cousins took me to the beach last week, and well lemme give you some advice about the water in Hong Kong...DON'T DRINK IT...DON'T SWIM IN IT..DON'T TOUCH IT!!!!  The beach was nice, but I my eye swelled up so fat that I couldn't open it for like 4 days!  I had to go to the doctor to get some drugs and eye drops.  Damn that SUCKED!  Never thought about how much I really need BOTH my eyes! 

Anyway, I miss all of you guys and I can't wait to get back home to see you!  Hope that you guys are having fun and that Hilo isn't too rainy! 

SUNDAY??!!...ALREADY???    I knew this week would pass by waaayyy too fast!  This week wasn't really what I expected either though.  Maybe too much anticipation sets you up for disappointment...I don't know.  I do know though that I wish I didn't have to go back to Honolulu so soon.  It'll be 3 weeks before I'll be back again. 

Things definitely are different.  People...things...relationships...all different.  Some more than others, but for the most part very different...very sad.  I myself am included in the change, but somehow it just has a way of smacking you in the face.  You expect it, but you don't expect it to hurt so damn much. 

Anyway...sorrie I didn't get to spend all that much time with you guys this week!  I'll be back in July...I'm gonna miss you!

Finally....the home stretch!!!  Three more days!!!  How does the school expect us to study for finals and completely move out all our sh*t in the same week??!!  Anyways...took 2 of my easier finals on Monday, one more on Thursday...and then bam!...Friday I have my two hardest ones.  Are professors allowed to weigh the final exam as 45% of your final grade??!!  I think there should be a law against that.  SERIOUSLY. 

On the brighter side...3 more days til I get to go HOME!!!  Woohoo!!  I can't wait.  Too bad it's just for the weekend...but I'll take it.    And even better...I think most of you will be home then too...I know for sure Gizelle, Ed, Kelson, Kawai, Dawn...and I'm sure there are more of you that will be arriving soon.  The thought is definitely carrying me through this week!
